**About the Role**
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and empathetic Plan Manager to take ownership of a growing book of NDIS participants, someone who’s ready to step into a fast-paced environment and help clients make the most of their NDIS funding.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of 120+ participants, ensuring accurate and timely plan budgeting and payments.
- Liaise with service providers, troubleshoot funding issues and onboard new clients.
- Process and track invoices through our system (MYP), monitor utilisation and provide regular reports.
- Support participants in understanding their plans, advocate on their behalf and answer all funding-related queries.
- Ensure full NDIS compliance and stay up-to-date with pricing and policy changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and strengthen service delivery.
- Monitor participant plan utilisation and flag any concerns about underuse or overspending.
**About You**
- A solid understanding of NDIS Plan Management (experience in the sector is highly valued).
- Strong financial and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who can build trust with participants and providers alike.
- Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MYP software (or willingness to learn quickly).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
