**About the Role**:
We have an exciting full-time role available for a CRM & Digital Specialist to join our Glue team in Haymarket Sydney, NSW You will be responsible for driving and executing the Digital Marketing Strategy for our eCommerce channels. This relates to EDM, SEM, SEO, Affiliate and Paid Social marketing and all related content
This role is responsible for driving the customer communication lifecycle strategy, predominantly via eDM’s and managing the relationship with the digital marketing agency for digital marketing campaigns in order to achieve the daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenue and customer targets. In addition, this role will be responsible for driving quality traffic to the website through the various digital channels, and the ongoing analysis of traffic, conversion and optimisation of our digital marketing efforts and ensuring management of PM spend is in line with the budget.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Acquisition. Acquire new customers, through effective third-party marketing relationships.
- Develop and maintain the digital marketing calendar to ensure a cohesive plan for promotions, across all sites and brands.
- Manage the customer communication lifecycle to ensure targeted and segmented eDM’s are sent to the right customers, at the right time and at the right frequency.
- Responsible for the day-to-day initiatives and implementation of growth strategies for our eDM campaigns including project management of internal and external incentives for all stages of the customer communication lifecycle.
- Assist in building and maintaining creative briefs for marketing calendar across all digital channels and website.
- Work with marketing team to help build out content across channels.
- Proactively manage and maintain integrity of the subscriber database ensuring it is up-to-date and as accurate as possible.
- Brief the ecommerce team to build content and product landing pages to support marketing campaigns as required.
- Execute Paid Social strategy, with the marketing ream, to assist sales.
- Building and scheduling EDMs as per marketing calendar
- Work with the Head of Digital to devise and deliver loyalty initiatives and drive database acquisition across
- Fully exploit the capabilities of the Emarsys platform in order to drive sales and customer engagement and understand key insights and takeouts from all marketing activity.
- Contribute to the Weekly trade sales report including relevant commentary.
- Build the monthly digital and CRM report to provide insights into what is working well and where the potential opportunities are.
**To be successful you will have**:
- Demonstrated 3-5 years’ retail experience
- Minimum 2 years digital marketing experience
- Preferably retail or wholesale background
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Can-do attitude, hands-on and responsive
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Work independently and as part of team
- Analytical skills experience with Google Analytics (or similar)
- Highly organised with great communication skills
- Marketing, business degree/diploma preferable.
- Highly self-driven with initiative to be hands-on to support wider team
