Do you want to bring your marketing degree and customer service experience into the movie, video and sound industry? This is an exciting role for someone who is technically very competent and has the ability to self-start. This role gives you the entry point to your marketing career where you will receive coaching and training to hone your skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of new product innovation (physical media releases) and tracking of orders.
- Implement campaigns for the rapid growth of the company, such as user acquisition and customer retention.
- Coordinate publicity requests, whether this is with product reviewers or organising talent interviews with press.
- Basic administrative tasks requested by management.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape with all-rounder experience. 1-2 years would be ideal.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow social media presence.
- Growth Hacking experience preferred.
- Marketing, logistics, and or data analytics a plus.

The library boasts the largest collection of celebrated Australian films & TV shows in the country - one of the most dynamic selections of genre, foreign language, art house films, and TV shows produced.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kew VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
