We are currently seeking a **compassionate, experienced Disability Support Worker** to support a female participant in **Oakleigh, VIC 3166**. This one-on-one role focuses on person-centred support, assisting with daily living, community participation, and building confidence.

About the Role
- **Location**: Oakleigh, VIC 3166
- **Employment Type**: Casual
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday from 6 AM, and weekends from 6 AM
- Provide consistent, individualised support to a female participant
- Assist with daily routines, encourage independence, and foster community engagement
- Follow and contribute to individualised support plans
- Liaise respectfully with family and support networks

What You Need
- **Previous experience using hoists or providing manual handling support is preferred**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle
- Australian Tax File Number (TFN) or ABN
- Full working rights in Australia
- Valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport)

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $24.10 - $53.32 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakleigh VIC 3166: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- using hoists or providing manual handling support: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
