- Our client in Oakleigh, requires Support Workers to assist them on an ongoing basis. Our client has limited mobility and a tracheostomy. We are looking for Support Workers who are flexible available to work across a 24/7 roster.- Our Support Workers will demonstrate teamwork and assist us in creating a safe and positive environment for our client and will work alongside a Registered Nurse. You will help us maintain strong clinical standards and will be required to support our client in achieving their short and long-term goals.-
**Duties;**
- Skin integrity management and pressure area care
- Provide true and authentic companionship to the client
- Encourage the client in achieving their set goals for the day
- Support the client with activities at home and out in the community
- Work with the Registered Nurse and assist with personal care and manual handling

**You must have;**
- Valid Driver's License
- CPR Certificate (within 12 months)
- First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
- NDIS Worker Screener Check
- International Police check (if applicable)
- Certificate III in Disability or other relevant qualifications or experience is preferred
