Established family asphalting business located in Craigieburn looking for a Project Support Officer with Monday - Friday availability, including during school holidays.

We require a professional and committed team member who is process driven. Must be very conscientious, efficient and an expert in time management. A diverse and challenging role that requires strong analytical skills.

Duties & Responsibilities may include (but not limited to):

- General admin and clerical duties including data entry as well as scanning, photocopying, filing, proof-reading, completing forms, updating/creating spreadsheets
- Responsible for processing and documenting all permits/required forms for all client side projects
- Responsible for daily processing of in-house documents pertaining to all projects
- Responsible for processing all the employee timesheets
- Assist accounts receivable and payable
- Support the Administrative Manager, Operations Management Team and the Project Manager
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Stock take and order stationery, PPE/uniform and general office supplies
- Ensure all administration and project related processes are not only documented but there is focus on improvement of existing as well as new processes

Skills & Experience:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas), Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Good mathematical and English skills
- Pro-active with a flexible approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Process driven individual who enjoys a structured way of working
- Quick learner and able to adapt to the different requirements of the various projects
- Have own transport
- Strong administration skills with exceptional attention to detail
- High competency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and good speed
- Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently, assuming responsibility for nominated tasks
- Ability to work under direction while maintaining initiative, and ability to follow through with all tasks - accountable and reliable
- Ability to be flexible, adapt to varying workloads, and to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Proficient organizational skills

Full training will be provided

32.5 hours a week from 10am to 5pm Mon to Fri. 4 Weeks Annual Leave Pro rata

$49K to $55K (plus super) for 32.5 hours a week - depending on experience

Part-time hours: 32.5 per week

Pay: $49,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:
