This role is an exciting opportunity to work with the broader Customer Engagement team, focusing on business automation and the customer experience uplift for 16k + customers. More specifically, this role will play a significant part in managing site deployments, refurbishments and relocations for over 140 ServiceNSW points of presence across NSW. The team facilitates a high level of expertise on various technologies and looks after the Endpoint Lifecycle Management Process.
**Your responsibilities will include**
- Provide project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, and deliverables to ensure time, cost, and quality indicators are in line with approved project plans
- Update and collate documentation and records regarding relevant issues, policies and practices to ensure the delivery of projects complies with the agreed project management methodology
- Undertake basic research and analysis in assigned project areas and contribute to the preparation of project briefs to support informed decision making and planning
- Assist the team in completing tasks and implementing project plans to ensure achievement of the agreed outcomes
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues
- Provide a range of secretarial and administrative services, including coordinating committee meetings and preparing papers

- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, preferably with prior experience in supporting a busy executive.
- Have proven high level of attention to detail and the ability to develop, maintain and update administrative practices, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced, high volume work environment.

***What we need from you**
Salary Grade 3/4, with the base salary for this role starting at $75992 base plus superannuation
