We are looking for a
**Data and Insight Analyst** to join our Global Business Systems team. Reporting to our Data and Insights Lead, you will be given the opportunity to design and manage reports across all areas of the business - Sales, Service, Billing, Marketing and Product. You will be responsible for the collection and organisation of data from various sources to gather insights that will assist our business decisions.

**What will you be working on as the Data and Insight Analyst?**
- Collecting, transforming, and interpreting data
- Organising data into usable formats
- Analysing data to find answers to specific questions
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining databases
- Assessing quality of data and removing or cleaning data
- Generating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns
- Preparing reports for executives
- Creating visualisations of data

**What experience do you need to become a Data and Insight Analyst at LEAP Dev?**
- 3+ years’ experience as an insights analyst, data analyst, or data scientist.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Excel, R, and data modelling.
- Exposure to Fivetran, dbt and ELT data integration process preferred.
- Experience in undertaking statistical data analysis and development of reports/dashboards in tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
- Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery.
- The ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data.
- The ability to analyse large datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with CRMs and Marketing automation tools such as Salesforce preferred.
