**About the Role**

The Divisional Coordinator provides a range of administrative services, with a focus on communication, to support the Director Marketing, Communications and Partnerships (MCP), and the MCP collective team, in achieving organisational objectives. This role is offered on a full time ongoing basis.

You will be required to use your prior experience to provide administrative and support services to facilitate the operations of the MCP division and collaborates effectively with other divisions. The role also liaises with other internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the division and is an active participant in Museum projects.
- Role Description

You will be paid a competitive annual salary $79,032 - $86,539, plus employer's contribution to superannuation (currently 11%) and annual leave loading.

**About You**

We are seeking an efficient and well rounded administrative dynamo to support our MCP division. The key factors that will ensure your success in this role include:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps and services including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
- Prior experience with HPE Content Manager and SAP is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to attend after hours events as required.

This role would also suit new graduates in the disciplines of arts, social sciences, humanities or museum studies who are looking to launch their career in the Museum or related fields.
