**Membership Specialist**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Membership Strategy
- Membership & Customer Analytics
- Campaign Communication Deliverables
- Best practice collaboration, implementation and learnings

**Your ideal profile**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM, Membership, or marketing with retail channel focus.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in implementation Membership Programs and Campaign Management
- Experience in Data and CRM Platforms and Analytical Tools
- Proven skill in business planning, Big data management and operation process.
- Have a strong commercial attitude and financial acumen with digital trend awareness
- Proven organizational capability in a highly complex business environment
- Have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with good presentation capability
- Strong functional excellence in omnichannel Marketing and Consumer journeys
