**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Our people are the heart and soul of our business and due to continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Micropay Payroll Officer to join our team, on a casual or a part-time basis for the next 3 to 6 months.

This role reports into the Payroll Manager, and is located at Frenchs Forest, with plenty of free onsite parking available.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- End-to-end payroll processing on a weekly and monthly basis for employees across various divisions
- Using the payroll system (Access Micropay) and ensuring data accuracy
- Handling payroll queries and addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly
- Knowledge of relevant tax, compliance and employment regulations
- Processing ad hoc requests related to payroll, such as adjustments, terminations, redundancies and leave reconciliation
- Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data privacy standards are met

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience with Access Micropay
- 2 years end to end payroll processing experience
- Ability to manage priorities and able to work autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail
