**Join Our Team as a Disability Support Worker**

At Connecting Care Support Services, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their full potential. We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

**About the Role**

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals in their homes, communities, and other settings. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, personal care, community engagement, and light domestic tasks. You will play an important role in promoting independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion for the people you support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily personal care and household tasks
- Support community access and participation
- Encourage and assist individuals to achieve their personal goals
- Maintain respectful, compassionate, and professional relationships

**What We Are Looking For**
- Certificate III in Individual Support or currently enrolled in Nursing, Allied Health, or related fields
- Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to obtain Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), and Working with Children Check
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $100.27 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
