Cyber Security Team Leader

**The role**:
The purpose of the Cyber Security Team Lead is to lead the cyber security team, delivery the cyber security program of work, develop an ongoing enterprise cyber security road map and continue to promote security at South East Water.
**Who are you?**:
The following key skills, knowledge and experience required for this role include the following:
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team of engineers and analysts to drive successful outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in an IT discipline and/or relevant work experience is highly desired.
- Industry specific certifications - Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Relevant technology certifications across the infrastructure landscape (Cisco, Microsoft)
- 10+ years in an IT related role that included security functions and duties.
- Experience in enterprise and hybrid technology environments
- Experience in delivering an enterprise security road map, with 5+ years project management experience.
- Ability to understand and disseminate industry terminology and concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of key security tools and their implementation.
- Experience in vulnerability management platforms and strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- High level stakeholder engagement and high level written and oral communication skills.
