**What You Will Be Doing**

The Payroll Services Masterfile Team leader plays an integral role in the Payroll Team, coordinating and administering a range of information management and compliance activities to ensure accurate workforce information is processed and maintained for the organisation. The primary function is the update and management of SAP Masterfile information to ensure staff contract information and entitlements are correct on the payroll system and are processed on a daily basis accurately and efficiently.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Proven track record of managing payroll processes, including payroll preparation, reporting, and compliance
- Prior experience leading a team of payroll professionals or supporting a leadership role in a payroll environment
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processing systems, laws, and regulations, including complex payroll calculations, tax compliance, and benefits administration
