**THE POSITION**

Wilson Security require multiple Security Guards in
**Frankston. **We have multiple and attractive sites available where you will have the chance to learn, grow and thrive in your career.

To be considered, it is essential you have excellent conflict resolution skills and 24-7 availability.

**To be successful you must have/be able to**:
Current Victorian Security Licence and a First Aid Certificate

Must have a Certificate 2 in Security

Working with children check

Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating rosters

High level of physical fitness
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments

Must have good conflict resolution skills

Well-presented and spoken

Great communication skills

Strong multitasking ability

Current valid Drivers Licence

Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident/Full working rights

Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs

**Role Description**:
Provide a safe environment

Risk identification and issue resolution

Report writing

Foot patrolling across different sections

General customer service

Responding to emergency alarms and being alert

Liaising with Emergency services

Searching/escorting

Locking and unlocking of facilities
