Qualifications for this role include a Certificate or Diploma in Security & Risk Management, Workplace Health & Safety, or Front-Line Management. Desirable qualifications include a Diploma in Security & Risk Management and a Licence under the Private Security Act 2004. Essential skills and experience encompass leadership in security and safety operations, exposure to security roles in educational or similar environments, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Other requirements include a current valid employee Working With Children Check, certified copies of qualifications, and a current unencumbered Victorian Drivers Licence.
