A state government department is seeking an experience Project Coordinator with Construction/Facilities Management Experience

**Your new role**

As the Project Coordinator, you will be working within a team responsible for the redevelopment of sites. This may involve general maintenance of sites to bring them back to "fit for purpose", initiating modifications of sites, restoration of sites or preparing sites for demolition.

This is a hands on role ideally suited to experienced Project/Facilities Managers and Coordinators

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will ideally be trade qualified or degree qualified in building or construction, have previous hands on experience in managing restoration, modifications or Facilities and have strong interpersonal and communication skills

**What you'll get in return**

This role will be based in the Sydney CBD, and will be a temporary role of up to 6 months with a view to extension
