We're working with a client-side consultancy delivering high-end fit-out projects across commercial and workplace sectors. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality, they're looking to bring on a Project Manager who can take ownership and drive outcomes.

This isn't a box-ticking role. It's for someone who enjoys being across the detail, can manage complexity, and knows how to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading fit-out projects from early planning through to handover
  • Managing budgets, programs, and stakeholder expectations
  • Working closely with clients to ensure delivery aligns with vision and commercial goals
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors, and suppliers
  • Navigating challenges with a solutions-focused mindset

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering fit-out projects (ideally client-side or D&C)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to project delivery
  • Ability to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative team
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
