**About the role**
The Commonwealth requires the services of a Level 3 - Advanced Practitioner to supplement the contractor workforce within the Land Network Integration Centre (LNIC). This proposal seeks to engage a Program Scheduler to assist the LNIC Program Management Team with the development & implementation of deliverable and service requirements within LNIC

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation, implementation and utilisation of LNIC work take-on processes.
- Provide scheduling briefings to LNIC Executive and area leads in order to enhance LNIC Program of Work upkeep through imparting key information requirements required to maintain LNIC Schedule.
- Undertake analysis with LNIC Program Management Team and key staff to determine resource and time estimates to develop supporting schedules. Build centralised LNIC Schedule which incorporates all deliverables, services and Executive work packages.
- Contribute to Program Management Team's development of recommendations in relation to task acceptance and prioritisation.
- Under direction from the LNIC Program Manager, fulfil complex planning, scheduling and work status tracking across an integrated workforce.
- Develop and maintain an LNIC Program of Work status dashboard to provide LNIC Executive and area leads accurate data as to task and resource status.
- Contribute to LNIC strategic planning, through imparting schedule analysis of LNIC work packages.
- Other duties as directed by the LNIC Director and/or LNIC Program Manager.

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 5 years relevant experience in working with project schedules.
- Experience in scheduling using Microsoft Project Professional.
- Demonstrated background and experience in large and complex programs.
- Well-developed understanding of contemporary PM methodologies coupled with proven understanding of Project Controls, Scheduling and Risk Management.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and across the customer/contractor boundaries.
- Demonstrate skillsets in executive level project reporting and a thorough understanding of project financial management.
- Clear understanding of the One Defence Capability Model (formerly capability lifecycle (CLC)).
