This pivotal role plays a vital part in complex, multi-project programs within the federal government sector.
The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and sharp analytical capabilities to ensure effective resource allocation and timely achievement of key milestones.
Responsibilities Overview:- Collaborate with program managers and project managers to continually monitor and update programs and projects.
- Develop and implement advanced scheduling methodologies for overall work programs.
- Maintain the Master Schedule for the program/projects.
- Coordinate inter-project dependencies and resource allocation.
- Validate and track project delivery activities.
- Evaluate and improve scheduling operations according to management systems.
- Proven experience in program or project scheduling within complex, multi-project environments.
- Strong proficiency in scheduling tools and ability to analyze and interpret resource data.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks of differing priority while meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, PRINCE2).
- Knowledge of governance and compliance related to scheduling and resource management.
