**About the Role**

As a Sports Trader - Tennis, you will be responsible for managing and evolving our Tennis product, working alongside a diverse, goal-driven team that thrives on collaboration and operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Tennis trading models, handling live trading, and ensuring that our Tennis product remains competitive and profitable.

Reporting directly to the Operational Team Lead, you will also collaborate with global teams to ensure that our Tennis offering continues to grow and improve. This is a great opportunity to combine your passion for tennis with your numerical ability and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

You’ll receive world-class training as you learn the intricacies of sports trading on the job - no prior experience in trading required. The role provides the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of tennis while developing your skills in live trading and risk management. Get ready to work on high-profile events like the Grand Slams and fast-paced ATP and WTA tournaments

**Responsibilities Include**
- Sports Models: Utilise our proprietary Tennis models for day-to-day operations, including pre-match and live trading.
- Tennis SLA: Set, track, and report on Global Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Reporting & Performance: Provide support for performance updates against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Dublin and Cluj to leverage their expertise and support the ongoing expansion of the Tennis code.
- Risk Management: Collaborate with the risk team to monitor and manage liability positions, ensuring optimal risk management during events.
- Product Ownership: Take an active role in developing and evolving the Tennis product, contributing to its growth and success.

**What we’ll need from you**:

- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking capability and the ability to problem solve
- Ability to stay organised and efficient, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, relational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders globally and locally
- Display resilience and initiative, while acting with a high level of integrity
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in (mathematics, statistics, analytics, finance, accounting, etc) OR strong ability & interest in data and numbers
