It’s a fun and exciting time at ING, where we’ve been named Australia’s best bank for the 3rd year running. Our thriving Consumer Lending business is growing and we’re on the hunt for an experienced **Product Owner Consumer Lending** to join our growing team.

You’ll lead a squad and assume the functional responsibility of supporting Chapter Leads in developing and executing the tribe’s visions for products which deliver the utmost value for customers.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Driving the delivery of one of the Tribe’s strategic IT programmes by leading an Agile team of developers and dev-testers and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including Feature Engineers, Domain Architects, Credit Risk Managers, Credit Operations, Risk & Compliance and external vendors.
- Developing the Agile team’s product roadmap and managing the Agile team’s backlog.
- Ensuring stakeholder requirements have been captured and delivered based on priority whilst maintaining the integrity of the technical features and solution.
- Identifying and resolving process / system improvements to enhance customer experience and team productivity.
- Supporting the Tribe with other BAU activities such as problem ticket resolution, IT asset management and risk/remediation projects.

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Demonstrated relevant experience (4+ years) in IT delivery of customer initiatives. Experience in process optimisation and/or project management is a plus.
- Experience in analysis; a critical thinker with the skillset to identify opportunities/root problems and later translate solutions into features with defined user stories ready for squad implementation.
- Passively coached a squad with a steady hand, seeking continuous feedback and in accordance with it encourages the team to mature, which by doing so creates a learning culture.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and who is able to work unsupervised whilst also performing more complex tasks and
- Takes initiative - if you’re not sure, you ask questions and make things happen.
- Enables others and celebrates their successes.
- A holistic view and determines priorities based on context and customer value.
- The capability of influencing stakeholder expectations to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved.
- The ability to be the go-to-person for the team when encountering challenges.
- Experience challenging and improving their own work and that of colleagues continuously.
- Vendor management experience.
