**About the Company**:
My Client is a dynamic and leading ASX-listed non-bank lender well regarded across Australia and New Zealand. Their mission is to provide innovative, fast, and accessible lending solutions to homeowners, consumers, and businesses, and achieve this by their technology and customer first approach to their solutions.

**About the Role**:
They are now seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Owner to join their mortgages and mending team. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving their digital transformation, innovation, and customer-centric focus. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an outcome-based product roadmap for mortgage origination, customer servicing, and core products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain an outcome-based product roadmap
- Lead a team of SMEs and advocates to assist with fulfillment of the vision
- Work with business and technology teams to develop and manage the program backlog
- Translate technical information to business stakeholders at all levels
- Regularly scan the market to ensure up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and competitor offerings
- Maintain responsibility for keeping systems current and incorporates architectural updates into the deliverable timelines
- Engage with product/business analysts within the business to ensure the end-to-end customer experience remains intact

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience in a mortgages or lending Product owner role
- Passion for creating and enhancing customer experience
- Strong commercial and data analytics skills
- 5 years+ experience working in technology-based agile Product Manager or Product Owner roles
- Proven experience in delivering outcome-based product roadmaps
