A leading building and construction company that specialises in commercial and industrial construction projects and who directs their wealth of knowledge and experience to each of their clients to deliver high quality projects.

**Your new role**

This is a great opportunity to work with a strong and collaborative team. In this role you will be reporting to the Construction Manager and your core responsibility will be to lead and manage assigned construction sites to ensure compliance with contractual, WHS and quality assurance requirements. Your responsibility is to effectively lead safe site operations. ensure WHS compliance and regulations, management of all site works - ensuring efficiency of the team to ensure all projects are delivered within the time frame and within budget, identifying and communicating all potential risks as well as ensuring quality of work.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Project Management or relevant industry related experience
- Experienced in site management with strong knowledge of construction building processes, means and methods
- Able to read, understand and interpret construction and project plans
- Advanced knowledge of WHS regulations, building regulations/ codes and standards
- Excellent communication and organisation skills, with strong attention to detail
