**An exciting opportunity exists for a Service Coordinator to join the “Most Trusted Tyre Brand” in the Tyre industry.**

**About the role**

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator will coordinate tyre fitting for fleet services, championing service excellence. Through coaching Service Fitters the Service Coordinator will ensure the best possible internal and external customer service is provided which is compliance with procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating fleet services and communicating with fleet customers
- Managing workflows, allocating and overseeing jobs, ensuring compliance with procedures and processes.
- Ensuring service provision in line with Service Level Agreements
- Training and coaching service fitting staff to ensure competence and high performance levels are achieved and maintained.
- Assisting with the transition of new Tyre Fitters
- Identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies
- Performing service fitter duties onsite, at customer depots and at roadside callouts, as required
- Supporting Bridgestone’s vision for ‘Perfect Safety”

**About you**

The successful applicant should have a strong background in operations coordination. Experience in the transport industry would be beneficial. You will be self-motivated with experience in leadership and operational excellence.
- Certificate II in Tyre Fitting desirable but not essential. If you do not have this, you will be obtain this qualification whilst employed in this role.
- Experience in leading and motivating employees.
- Sound oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management skills.
- A positive outlook.
- A commitment to health and safety
