**An exciting opportunity now exists for a Store Retail Operations Coordinator to join the “Most Trusted Tyre Brand” in the Tyre industry at our Wingfield Store.**

**About The Role**

The Store Retail Operations Coordinator position offers a breadth of functions requiring you work closely with management and staff whilst contributing to the effective and productive operation of the store.

You will be involved in the sale of tyres, products and services. In addition, you will prepare stock orders, maintain inventory records, undertake monthly inventory stock-takes along with daily banking and assisting with the maintenance of the site HSE requirements.

**About you**

Your enthusiasm, motivation and commitment to providing a high level of customer service will be demonstrated by developing and maintaining great customer relationships and rapport.

You will work closely and coordinate with all members of the team, demonstrating your passion to sell tyres, products and services to our diverse range of customers.

**Key skills required for the role**:

- High level of customer service
- Experience with supervising staff
- Experience in preparation of stock orders
- Maintaining inventory records
- Involvement in monthly stocktakes
- Daily banking
- Commitment to safe workplace practices
- Ability to work within a team
- Prior tyre knowledge/experience would be advantageous but not essential.
