We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual with a high level of customer service and administration experience to join us on a full time basis. Reporting to the Manager, you will be the face of our Queensland team, and as such will play a pivotal role in ensuring our team continues to offer a professional and friendly quality service.

**Job Description**:
**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Meet and greet all visitors to the office
- Answering and/or directing phone calls
- Providing information and advice to clients or prospective clients
- General administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and scheduling
- Managing the day to day preparation of consulting rooms
- Administration support to Medical Consultants

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful for this role you will have**:

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
