**The role**:
We are currently seeking a** L**awyer/ Associate with **2-4 years PAE** to join our **Intellectual Property and Information Technology** team in Brisbane. If successful, you will be working in a dedicated team working across non-contentious and contentious IP, information technology, and technology matters for a client base that includes large listed companies, local subsidiaries of multi-national companies, dynamic Australian businesses and not-for profit organisations.

You will ideally have:

- Australian Consumer Law experience
- Experience drafting commercial contracts, such as franchise agreements, IP licences and supply and distribution agreements
- Litigation and dispute experience in relation to IP generally and the Australian Consumer Law
- IT law experience
- Privacy law experience
- General commercial law experience

The successful applicant will also have:

- The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- A desire to work with partners who are leaders within the field
- Experience in dealing directly with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to learn and be challenged and stimulated by their work
