As our People Excellence Administrator (Fixed-Term Contract until June 2025), you’ll manage all employee lifecycle administration and coordination across the ANZ business. You’ll be the first point of contact for leaders, leveraging your exceptional customer service skills to provide support and guidance on people-related inquiries.

This position offers opportunities to develop your HR generalist skills, including involvement in employee relations cases and various HR initiatives aligned with our 'Strong Foundations' people plan.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary contact for employee administration.
- Prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
- Maintain current People documentation (e.g., policies, org charts).
- Process employee changes and liaise with payroll for accurate administration.
- Act as a super-user for HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and supporting future implementations.
- Drive HR process improvements and contribute to projects across the team.
- Assist leaders with employee relations cases (e.g., performance, misconduct).
