- The Project Administrator role is a Fixed Term Contract role concluding in June 2025. This role is essential to the Suntory Oceania project team, focusing on the management and development of a portfolio of route to market projects in collaboration with key commercial leads. Responsibilities include implementing best practices to maximize project success, overseeing project management services, and generating comprehensive status reports to communicate progress. The position also involves monitoring project planning and execution through detailed management of RAID logs, analysing performance for continuous improvement, and reporting on the benefits realized from projects. A key aspect of the role is to foster teamwork and resolve any project-related issues effectively.**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Shape and manage a portfolio of route to market projects with key commercial leads, ensuring best practices are utilized for maximum success.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Generate clear project status reports, maintain up-to-date documentation, and manage project-related records efficiently.
- **Collaboration**: Bring the team together to resolve project-related issues and support project planning activities.
- **Administration**: Oversee day-to-day tasks, including purchase order processing, vendor registration, and event organization.

**What You Bring**:

- Undergraduate degree in business, project management, or related field.
- Strong administration, project coordination, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
