Omnicom Media Group Sydney is looking for a Receptionist for the effective office operations of our new vibrant office in South Eveleigh. The role of the Receptionist is crucial to the smooth running of the media and digital agencies that make up the group.
Your core role will be on the reception desk, answering incoming calls and meeting and greeting guests to the OMG Sydney office. In addition, your role will require you to make sure rooms are prepared for meetings and cleaned afterwards and assist with general office administration including, but not limited to, ordering stationery/office supplies and catering.

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Ensure all mail and deliveries are distributed to staff members and areas of the business on arrival
- Ensure the office reception area is always kept clean and tidy
- Report any building issues to the Facilities Manager to organise repairs / maintenance
- Help maintain up to date office and reception spreadsheets including phone lists and organisational charts
- Be up to date and aware of office operational policies
- Meet and greet all guests when they enter the building and contact the appropriate staff member/s
- Ensuring reception is consistently covered and presented to guests in the best possible light
- Display a professional and friendly manner to visiting clients and media partners, through exceptional interpersonal skills
- Actively contribute to a positive agency culture
- Liaise with clients and media partners to arrange meetings and events
- Investigate options for what products we purchase to help ensure that commercially OMG are getting the best possible deal
- Record all outgoing office management expenditure. Keep copies of all receipts
- Coordinate travel bookings for OMG staff as required
