**Responsibilities**:

- Professionally handle inbound customer calls with empathy and expertise.
- Enhance customer loyalty by delivering top-notch, personalised solutions.
- Identify and address the root causes of customer concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive customer support.
- Assist with policy renewals, changes, cancellations, and amendments.

**About You**:

- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer retention is advantageous.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
