
National Field Services Manager

**Your Impact**
Reporting to the Head of Selling Equipment & Technical Services you will be responsible for leading the servicing and repair of selling equipment (i.e., fridges, post-mix & frozen) across the broader Asahi Group to support sales bringing products to market.
This is a strategic, senior leadership position with 5 direct and 42 indirect reports where you will have the opportunity develop and implement a National service strategy and set standards across the organisation.
**The opportunity**:
Other key responsibilities include:
- Lead the field service team and ensure they are fully across the strategic priorities for Asahi Beverages
- Effectively lead and coach your functional managers and their wider teams to deliver results against the SETS strategic priorities
- Effectively coach, develop and support the team to ensure alignment with business processes
- Build and manage capability (internal and external) to deliver best in class field services
- Deliver costs within SETS budget for all areas of accountability (i.e., people costs, repairs, and maintenance)
- Drive productivity of field service network to maintain costs and drive efficiencies
- Deliver responsive, high quality, reactive repairs, and proactive preventative maintenance techniques
- Improve asset reliability and drive asset holding costs down by effective preventative maintenance planning
- Define and align with the Commercial teams on the levels of service required across the varying customer requirements and different equipment types
- Set and drive National standards in field service - embedding a best-in-class field model
**About You**
You have an impressive track record in leading teams and managing people with technical / service experience in senior management positions.
In addition, we’re looking for:
- Excellent communicator (verbal & written) - able to confidently articulate verbal communication with a broad spectrum of stakeholders
- Strong leadership capability - able to empower and lead teams to develop capability as well as direct towards achieving business outcomes
- Strong decision-making capabilities - able to synthesise volumes of information to make informed and balanced decisions
- Strong commercial acumen - able to influence internal and external stakeholders when negotiating best outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving skills
