**Workforce Planner**
- Leveraging Levy Australia’s cutting-edge, guest-centric approach you will be tasked with delivering legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events the park welcomes each year, including the world’s biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. Fast paced, and no two days the same._
- **Play a key role in ensuring all major sporting competitions and entertainment events are staffed**:
- **Work with staff to ensure a streamlined and effective scheduling and rostering.**:
- **Work with a dedicated team operations professionals to ensure an excellent overall guest experience**
- Not only an exciting role, this presents a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience and contribute to the launch of Levy’s first partnership in Australia. Already delivering legendary experiences at iconic events and destinations overseas, including Wimbledon, The US Open and Dodger Stadium, our partnership with M&OP will extend our exposure to the biggest and best and usher in a revolutionary change to the Australian hospitality scene._
**THE POSITION**?
- Analyze historical data, trends, and future projections to forecast staffing needs and identify potential workforce gaps.
- Develop and manage schedules, rosters, and resource allocation plans to ensure optimal workforce utilization and meet service demand.
- Identify opportunities to optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify skills gaps and develop strategies for recruitment, training, and development to build a skilled and capable workforce.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including management, HR, and operational teams, to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
**THE PERSON?**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with workforce management software and tools (Deputy knowledge desirable).
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations (AERA - Amusement, Events and Recreation Award).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
