**About the role**
As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for administering the employee reimbursement, corporate overheads, and travel functions of the SHAPE Group. In your role you can look forward to duties such as:
- Administering employee expense reimbursements
- Processing and payment of corporate credit cards on a monthly basis, including all reviews and checks that are performed during the normal employee expense reimbursement process.
- Administering processes for SHAPE Travel services including Uber & Egencia
- Review, allocate and process all corporate overhead invoices once approval has been received.
- Assist with monitoring of spend against forecasts and budgets
- Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to finance team members as and when required

**About you**
- Undertaking or completed an accounting related Degree or Diploma preferred but not required
- Ideally have at least 2 years experience working in an accounting environment
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
