**Salary**:$87,493 pa + Superannuation + Annual Leave Loading.

**Position Type**: Temporary up to 12 months - Full Time.

**Location**: Cessnock Correctional Centre.

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated social workers to join our team as a Services and Programs Officer to support the safety and wellbeing of offenders within our Correctional Centre and community by facilitating programs that reduce re-offending and help transform lives.

As a Services and Program Officer you will be responsible for providing inductions, conditional based assessments, support and the facilitation of group-based programs with offenders that promote behavioural changes and a reduction in reoffending.

You will assist offenders with pre-release planning including referrals to community-based agencies such as community housing and rehabilitative centres as required.
