As a Marketing Specialist at Biggin & Scott, you will play a key role in executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our brand and real estate services. You’ll work closely with our sales, digital, and creative teams to deliver campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and support our business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and advertising campaigns to support property sales, attract investors, and engage landlords, in alignment with business objectives.
- Advising executives and clients on effective marketing strategies and campaigns targeting specific regions to enhance consumer awareness, increase brand visibility and highlight the advantages of partnering with Biggin Scott for buying, selling, and managing property.
- Managing marketing campaigns, overseeing tasks such as content creation, copywriting, media planning, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with sales and property management teams to craft targeted campaigns that support lead generation, drive buyer and investor engagement, and promote property listings effectively.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to uncover trends, preferences, and competitor activity, using insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for new service offerings.
- Contribute to business growth by setting measurable marketing goals and continuously refining strategies to align with evolving market conditions and client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant metrics and tools and optimize accordingly. -Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and real estate marketing best practices to ensure Biggin Scott remains a leader in the property sector.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities and high attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
