**Your new role**:
You will also build strong partnerships with local housing providers, including real estate agents, housing associations, and the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH), to expand access to appropriate housing options. Your work will support women and children at risk of homelessness due to family violence, as well as adults who use violence, by providing tailored housing responses that prioritise safety and stability.

**Your skills and experience**:

- A tertiary qualification in human services, social work or other relevant discipline.
- A current driver’s licence valid in Victoria
- Extensive experience in the homelessness/housing sector
- Knowledge of legislation and frameworks relevant to family violence, housing and homelessness
- Demonstrated experience working with marginalised people who present with complex needs
- Experience in achieving housing outcomes in both the private & social housing markets
