Due to a recent relocation, the Marketing Communications Manager is being advertised and we are looking for someone genuine, talented, and FUN (fabulous, Unconventional and Never Boring) to join our award-winning team. Is that you?

Reporting to the Group Director of Marketing, you will manage PR and Communications activities for our Australian Hotels ensuring all activities align with Ovolo brand and maximise Ovolo’s positive exposure in local and international markets across various platforms. Sounds good?

**The Gig**
- Coordination of promotional and contra activities with third parties and suppliers to support Brand Director
- Assist the various hotel Managers in leveraging key hotel events. This will include the development of supporting media liaison, branded content opportunities and media collateral.
- Work with the Director of Marketing & Brand Director to assist with developing promotions in line with the PR strategy
- Management of relationships with all Tourism Agencies
- Manage daily media relations, media enquiries, site tours and opportunities for Ovolo Hotels and F&B outlets
- Manage any press monitoring queries
- Collate, analyse and evaluate media coverage for monthly reports in coordination with Communications Executive
- Manage photography assets for the group including management of photographers + briefing documents for any new photo or video shoots
- Work closely with Hong Kong Communications Manager for local publicity activity
- Creation of promotion related marketing collateral with design team or external agencies
- Manage all promotional opportunities across all mediums for Australia ensuring there is an ROI across both brand awareness and commercial outcomes
- Ownership of the digital marketing budget with responsibility to prove ROI on all spend using insight KPI's and brand metrics.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues. Facilitate marketing research as required.
- To maintain strong, professional relationships with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organisations as per role dictates.

- Relevant Marketing or Business qualifications
- Full of energy and enthusiasm, with a strong determination to succeed
