**The Role**:
The OD Coordinator is responsible for supporting the use of SCC’s fit-for-purpose tools, strategies, and frameworks to boost the organisations' culture, capacity and capability, and for providing accurate and timely information to key stakeholders.
- Review, edit and format communications and other materials to ensure a high standard and brand appropriateness
- In consultation with the OD Manager and key stakeholders, develop and implement an annual recognition calendar that celebrates the talents of our diverse teams and supports the recognition of key talent by industry bodies.
- Manage and maintain the organisation-wide job family framework and role capability requirements.
- Provide support and education for Managers of the organisation’s employee engagement platform including the generation of standard and custom reports.
- Provide support and education for Managers utilising the Reward and Recognition Platform and identify opportunities to improve its’ design, configuration, and functional use.
- Work closely with the OD Manager and OD Specialist/s to identify future strategic and operational workforce skill requirements, and ensure these are integrated into existing frameworks, processes, and tools.
**Essential**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources / Organisational Development / Organisational Psychology, or related discipline (or working towards)
- Experience in an administration role supporting the implementation of organisation-wide initiatives, with demonstrated capability uplift outcomes
- Demonstrated intermediate knowledge and skill across the Microsoft suite, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to liaise with others in a simple and relatable manner
- Depth of project/time management experience to ensure deliverables are scoped and delivered on time
**Desirable**
- Experience in Aged Care, Health Care or Not-For-Profit environment
