Osawa Enterprises is seeking Meat processing room as well as warehouse manager position. This manager position is responsible for overseeing managing operations within the processing room as well as warehouse. typically who must fully understand food proceesing, manufacturing and warehouse basic distribution, or any setting where materials or products need processing. Superviory Role: Oversee at activities within the processsing room/warehose, including maanging staff, scheduling(roster) shifts, and ensuring smooth operations.

Quality control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all products meet company standards and regulatory requierements without delay.

Inventory Maangement: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and materials needed for processing operations.

Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repairs for processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards without delay in a proactive manner.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working envirnment for all staff members(must understand HACCP).

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to processing activities, inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and quality control measures.

Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to processing room/warehouse staff to ensure they are properly trained on operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control standards.

Communication: Collaborate with other departments, such as production, sales E-commerce, quality assuarance, and logistics to coordinate workflow and resolve and issues that may arise.

Skills and Qualifications

Any professional degree in a related field

Proven experinece in as sipervisory or managerial role within a processing /warehouse envirnment.

Strong understanding of processing equipment and operations.

Knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory requirementss.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standard of quality and safety.
