_Are you experienced _**_Senior receptionist _**_(permanent full time) seeking a new challenge? We are looking for a Reception Team leader who can engage and support stakeholders in the Oral Health Program and within other services at NRCH as needed. Our reception team supports the client journey from registration through to the completion of their oral health needs in the hands of our passionate clinicians. You will promote collaboration and integration with all staff, programs, and services of NRCH. _Our community health centre offers unique opportunity where your knowledge in health care can be broadened and your motivation to help others can be fulfilled._
**Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Training and mentoring administration staff
- Daily support of admin team with tasks and duties
- Ensure the development and correct maintenance of rosters and timesheet authorisation, including the coordination of staffing during illness/leave ensuring adequate daily resources are available for reception.
- Active participation in leadership and clinical meetings.

**Key Selection Criteria**
Essential qualifications, attributes and skills include, but are not limited to:

- Education to VCE level (or equivalent) or cert IV in Business Administration.
- Relevant post-secondary/tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- Experience in supervision and mentoring staff
- Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills
- At least 12 months experience in a similar role within a public or private healthcare setting.
