**The role**:
This role is an exciting opportunity to build a cyber security training program responsible for ensuring Group Security’s team members, onshore and offshore, have the skills they need for their roles now and into the future. This role will be responsible for building an industry-leading Cyber Security Learning Program with appropriate training options to meet regulatory obligations and build GS colleagues’ capabilities and competencies, as well as create career pathways with learning options for future growth.

**The role and Day to day will include**:

- Instructional design of learning content required to support essential skill and capability building.
- Use of diverse learning design principles including the development of content through supporting software, tools and related systems to achieve desired learning outcomes.
- Understanding of various learning methodologies such as virtual and online learning, blended learning, bite-sized learning and supporting toolkits.
- Consultation and engagement experience working with diverse stakeholders to shape learning experiences and drive adoption.
- Extensive experience in consultation and design of approaches to meet various stakeholder needs focused on creating capability uplift.
- Experience in defining suitable communication and/or knowledge management approaches to support closing identified skills gaps.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups to shape desired outcomes integrating available solutions to enable uplift

**What you will bring**:

- Learning professional with 10+ years’ experience
- Experience building cyber security training programs for technical roles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and adoption skills
- Interest in cyber security and technology
- A strong understanding of international regulatory training requirements and how to meet them
- Well-developed networking skills with established relationships across NAB/industry.
- Strong team player and communication
