**What You’ll Be Doing**

We're looking for an IT Risk and Reporting Lead to take charge of risk management and reporting across the iSelect and CTM technology portfolio. With broad oversight and a key voice in risk strategy, you’ll help shape how we identify, track and respond to risk.

You'll work across our tech and risk teams to keep our risk picture sharp and our reporting spot-on. That means:

- Leading risk assessments across projects and day-to-day operations
- Managing and maintaining our tech risk register
- Overseeing exception handling and making sure remediation stays on track
- Working with stakeholders to plan and track risk treatments
- Collaborating with the wider GRC team to flag and follow up on risks, issues, and incidents
- Owning regular reporting to execs and the board—accurate, clear, and always on time
- Coordinating incident reporting and making sure it flows into broader governance updates
- Leading third-party risk assessments and helping bring the process in-house
- Acting as backup for the Head of IT Risk and Compliance when needed
- Keeping documentation tight and audit-ready
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where responsibilities overlap

**What Sets You Apart**
- 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance or a related field
- Domain-relevant certifications, tertiary qualifications, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience preparing management or board-level reporting to a high standard
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, reporting frameworks, and control environments
- Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, risk register management, and remediation oversight
- Experience in exception management and treatment planning
- Familiarity with third-party risk processes and governance frameworks
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as APRA CPS230, ISO/IEC 27001, or NIST CSF
