**_Key requirements:_**
- Our client is seeking a Quality and Risk Advisor to improve and adhere to the requirements of the Division's quality program. Other responsibilities will include providing support and advice, conducting audits and checks against the quality system, and assists personnel to develop knowledge and understanding of quality and risk matters._

**_ Duties:_**
- _ Develops the Division's risk management program to achieve compliance with our clients Risk Management Policy and procedures._
- _ Administers the development and monitoring of the quality program to include the development of an audit program to address quality and rail safety risks._
- _ Coordinates the ongoing review of risks and risk treatment plans, safety and quality plan and relevant procedures and processes._
- _ Contributes to the development and review of work methodologies_
- _ Conducts internal quality audits, prepares reports and verifies timely close out of audit findings._
- _ Facilitates and participates in risk assessment workshops, provides advice on quality requirements to satisfy client/customer requirements and compiles risk assessment reports._

**Experience required**:

- _ Relevant experience in quality and risk issues in complex operational environments, including the ability to assist in provision of advice in the workplace._
- _ Knowledge and understanding of organisational risk management, business continuity, crisis management or internal auditing functions_
- _ Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including facilitation and presentation skills._
- _ Effective influencing skills and proven ability to foster productive working relationships at all levels._
- _ Demonstrated ability to write concise and well-structured reports._
