Your part in UnitingCare Hospitals team

Reporting to the Patient Accounts and Billings Hub Manager, the Bank Reconciliation Officer will maximise revenue through managing and monitoring the receipting function for UnitingCare Hospitals.

In addition, this role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payments from patients, health funds or third parties to the correct internal document account (FIN).

What makes a difference for us?
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent desirable
- Previous experience in hospital or medical accounts environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills at a high level
- High attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy and numeracy skills at an intermediate level
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
- Capability to work autonomously whilst also being part of a team
