**About us**
**Key responsibilities**:
- With a positive can-do attitude, you will provide administrative support for the accreditation activities for an allocated group of training programs, Formal Education Courses
(FECs) and Certificates of Advanced Training.
- You will organise domestic and international travel including planning fantastic catering options and ensuring all AV requirements are in place.
- You will attend and be involved in exciting meetings of accreditation panels with
stakeholders, both in person and online.
- You will support the accreditation processes for program and FECs by collecting, analysing and distributing documentation.
- Get involved with numbers and stats. We need you to analyse stakeholder surveys and datasets including the Medical Training Survey.
- Keep everyone organised by developing accreditation visit timetables including the facilitation of pre-visit meetings.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- We'd love you to have qualifications and/or equivalent experience in business administration or education. Exposure to post-graduate education or
accreditation environment is even better
- Excellent computer skills using MS Office programs including Excel,
and sound understanding of databases, and the ability to analyse data
sets.
- Experience in the development and analysis of surveys using Survey
Monkey
- ** Eligibility Requirement**: Applicants must be either an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen.
