**We are looking for an experienced and capable Marketing Manager with the following experience / abilities**:

- An adaptable individual who is equally happy taking on a wide range of responsibilities from market research and content creation to defining and executing marketing strategy (and everything in between).
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive new business.
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Analyse customer insights, behaviour, and engagement metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Liaise with internal teams and external customers on case studies and testimonials.
- Work with the in-house Software Development Team to develop and update the website.

The role will be highly autonomous with lots of variety. There are some immediate projects to run, while the post-holder will also work closely with the new Business Development Manager to develop compelling materials and campaigns to support the organisation as it looks to enter new markets. This is an important and high-profile role in the business, which will report directly to the CEO.
