Excusive or Tier-1 relationships with Panasonic Automotive, ANBI, AMARON, PURE Energy, VARTA, VICTRON and others have allowed us to become the largest independent sales channel for many of these leading Brands.
We are now seeking a **Retail Store Manager** based in our **Ringwood Store**. This is a Full-Time Permanent role, with good career progression opportunities.
**About You**:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for successfully operating a Retail outlet and have the opportunity to support and grow the business to meet current market trends through your own initiatives.
You will be managing a small team in a busy environment with a focus on sales performance and customer service.
It can be a hands-on technical role with lots to learn. Any experience in Batteries, Solar or Auto-Electrical would be an advantage, and an interest in cars, camping or solar power would also help, but full training will be provided.
**Requirements**:
- Sales Management Experience, ideally Retail Store based.
- Computer literate - with a Focus on Stock control and POS.
- Physically fit and able to lift and fit if required (Car or Caravan batteries).
- Current Driving Licence.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
