Empowering Beauty is a boutique-style skin, body, and beauty clinic dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through expert treatments. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our team and help drive client bookings, manage our online presence, and boost our brand visibility.

**About the role**:
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Marketing Manager to join our family as we continue to expand and grow. This role requires a high level of independence, initiative, multitasking and creativity.

**Roles in this job will include**:

- Develop and execute monthly ad campaigns within a set budget to attract clients.
- Delegate relevant marketing tasks to Clinic Coordinators and Beauty Therapists.
- Relevant Administrative tasks such as overlooking the bookings catalogue.
- Manage Social Media Platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Develop Ads via Meta Ads Manager.
- Compile and present monthly reports on revenue and conduct ROI analysis on Meta Ads and Bookings.
- Design and Manage Marketing Material such as brochures and our website.
- Manage a monthly Marketing budget.
- Respond to and overlook reviews.
- Collaborate with SEO Manager and Bookings Manager to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Influencer outreach and management

**About You**:

- Proven experience in marketing, particularly in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of booking systems and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Self motivated and positive mindset.
- Ability to analyse data and generate insightful reports.
- Creative mindset with a focus on engaging and visually appealing content.
- Experience in the beauty industry is preferred, but not required.
